Fitness Boot Camp

At Can Bayre we are delighted to offer you a weekend or a whole week of varied training in a beautiful environment. We would like to help you improve your muscle tone and enhance your physical condition.

Our objective is to show you an amusing, effective way of getting fit. Our courses are designed for all ages and levels. We take your needs and individual wishes into account and we design a safe, customised training programme for you. Our groups are made up of active, sociable, amusing, friendly, open-minded trainers and participants.

The mixture of cardio, strengthening and toning programmes will help you to burn off fat, increase your muscle mass and improve your metabolism.

Our fitness boot camp includes a great variety of activities that are mainly carried out outdoors, such as hiking, training in circuits, jogging, aerobics, stretching…

Whether you want to improve your physical shape or spend an original weekend or entire week working in a team, having fun and enjoying contact with nature, we can help you!

Fitness boot camp weekend

For a weekend stay, you can arrive in Can Bayre on Friday afternoon and departure is on Sunday at 13:00. The price per person for the complete course is 195 Euros and includes accommodation, meals and all the material necessary for a weekend of sport, fun and teamwork.

  • Two nights of accommodation in a shared double room (accommodation in a single room requires a supplement).
  • Up to 10 hours a day of exercise including training circuits, hiking, jogging, cardiovascular training, strengthening (abdominals, gluteus and legs).
  • Delicious, healthy meals, water and snacks.

Fitness boot camp week

For a week’s stay, you can arrive in Can Bayre on Friday afternoon and departure is the following Friday at 13:00. The price per person for the complete course is 850 Euros and includes accommodation, meals and all the material necessary for a week of sport, fun and teamwork.

  • Seven nights of accommodation in a shared double room (accommodation in a single room requires a supplement).
  • Up to 10 hours a day of exercise including training circuits, hiking, jogging, cardiovascular training, strengthening (abdominals, gluteus and legs).
  • Delicious, healthy meals, water and snacks.

Weekend from the 15th to the 17th June

From June, we take a break for the summer months, and take up our activity again in September.

To guarantee your booking, you will be required to pay 50% of the total activity in advance.

A minimum of five people are required to carry out any activity.
